Today, research shows mindfulness practice cultivates a sense of peace and well-being, greater emotional stability, and improved concentration. When mindfulness is coupled with universal humanistic values such as kindness, cooperation, compassion, and generosity, mindfulness can transform the experience of daily life and relationships and lead to more happiness.
