When and where does Indigo Sangha meet?

Our community of mindfulness meets nearly every Monday night from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm. We meet mostly via Zoom. However, on the 3rd Monday of each month we meet both in-person at The Ponds Farmhouse (326 Hundred Oaks Pkwy, Summerville, SC 29483) AND simultaneously broadcast the gathering on Zoom.

All you need to participate in our online gatherings from the comfort of your home are 1) a smart phone or 2) a computer with a camera, microphone, and internet access.

If you’d like to join us online, please email MannKind [dot] Inc [at] gmail [dot] com and you will receive dial-up instructions. You can also request to be part of the sangha’s communication hub to receive regular notices confirming each week’s meeting location (with Zoom link) and study theme. This is also where you’ll find out about fun activities we do outside of formal practice!

An Indigo Sangha friend recreates Thich Nhat Hanh’s calligraphy as a hand-dyed indigo batik.

At our gatherings, we practice sitting and meditation to calm and focus our minds and bodies. We listen to talks and share what is in our hearts. The teaching and practice is free. Learn more about our practice here.
