When and where does Indigo Sangha meet?

The novel coronavirus is offering us an opportunity to practice with uncertainty and with managing our fear and perhaps ill-health. Though we want to take reasonable precautions, we also don’t want to feed fear.   As a community we are following the reasonable precautions that the CDC and health experts are telling us and practicing social distancing at this time.

Therefore, our community of mindfulness will continue meeting nearly every Monday night from 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm. But because of the contagious nature of the disease, the Indigo Sangha will move our weekly meetings online, until further notice.

All you need to participate in our online gatherings from the comfort of your home are 1) a smart phone or 2) a computer with a camera, microphone, and internet access.

If you’d like to join us online, please email MannKind [dot] Inc [at] gmail [dot] com and you will receive dial-up instructions.

NOTE: Please be aware that meeting times and locations sometimes vary so please check our calendar to confirm meeting details.

At our gatherings, we practice sitting and meditation to calm and focus our minds and bodies. We listen to talks and share what is in our hearts. The teaching and practice is free. Learn more about our practice here.
