Love Every Part of You
February 14, 2026, 9 am to 2 pm, on Zoom
Hosted by Indigo Sangha in the Plum Village Tradition of Engaged Buddhism
Click HERE to register and attend.

Everyone is invited to join Indigo Sangha to enjoy the nourishing silence and practice of sitting, walking and eating mindfully in combination with a fun and interactive program. We will explore our habitual thoughts, feelings and behaviors through the Buddhist teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh alongside the mental health insights of Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS or Parts Work). Both approaches emphasize that the “Self” is not a singular entity, but rather a collection of “parts” or “seeds of consciousness,” and that true healing comes from accessing a calm, compassionate core to witness these parts of our consciousness without becoming identified with them.
This Day of Mindfulness is not designed to address serious mental health issues but to help participants explore unconscious, adaptive patterns of thought and action that interfere with happiness. The program will be a safe and welcoming online space. All activities are optional and adaptable; participants are encouraged to select what is appropriate for them and everyone is in charge of their own experience.

Elements of the interactive program include:
- Sitting meditation
- Walking meditation
- Mindful movement
- Talks
- Personal reflection and journaling
- Break out group discussion
- Mindful eating
- Personal sharing
What to prepare in advance:
- A water bottle
- A comfortable meditation seat
- A yoga mat or towel + bolster
- A pen and notebook
- A journal (if you have a journaling practice)
- Plant-based snacks and lunch
You may also wish to acquire the book Parts Work: An Illustrated Guide to Your Inner Life by Tom Holmes, et al.
